Updating technology and taking into account environmental sustainability indicators are issues that have always been emphasized in the Dorfak steel Shomal Steel Complex ‘ strategies, and this trend has led to the use of the latest and purest technology in Billet production. The technology used in this complex is Induction Furnace Method. One of the benefits of this technology is the lack of pollution and oxidation of load due to the absence of gas and oxidizing flame, much higher efficiency in terms of fuel furnaces and no impact on environmental pollution.
Other measures include the design and implementation of Dust Collector for induction furnaces. A carbon monoxide sensor has been installed in the furnace chimney to control the furnace activities and to ensure that no flue gases are emitted.
